Position: Specialized Trades Specialist
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
– Carpentry: Perform skilled carpentry work including framing, cabinetry, and finish carpentry.
– Masonry: Lay bricks, stones, or concrete blocks to construct walls, foundations, and other structures.
– Electrical Work: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in buildings.
– Plumbing: Install and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems for water and gas distribution.
– HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning): Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to regulate temperature and air quality.
– Welding: Join metal components or structures using welding techniques.
– Steel Erection: Assemble and erect steel structures for buildings and bridges.
– Glazing: Install glass windows, doors, and panels in buildings.
– Scaffolding: Set up and dismantle scaffolding structures for construction projects.
– Rigging: Set up rigging equipment to lift and move heavy objects safely.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in one or more specialized trades, with technical expertise and proficiency in respective skills.
– Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
– Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
– Physical stamina and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces as required.
– Relevant certifications or licenses in specialized trades preferred.
