We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our mess kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing large quantities of meals, working with diverse dietary needs, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. We prioritize nutritious, delicious meals and excellent service to create a welcoming dining environment for all.

Qualification: Matric – F.A – Bachelor
Location: Sohawa, District Gujar Khan.
Salary Starting From: 30,000 – 60,000
Contract Level: Contractual Job

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and serve meals according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.
- Manage portion control and food presentation to ensure consistency.
- Oversee food storage, stock rotation, and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to improve workflows and meal quality.
- Assist in menu planning and accommodate special dietary needs as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a mess, cafeteria, or high-volume setting.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and hygiene practices.
- Ability to prepare meals for large groups efficiently without compromising quality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Physical stamina to handle kitchen duties for extended periods.
- Certification in food safety or handling (preferred but not required).
