– Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to project delivery, scheduling, and service quality.
– After-Sales Service: Coordinate after-sales support and services to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
– Customer Retention: Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty through proactive engagement and relationship building.
– Client Onboarding: Facilitate smooth client onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition and understanding of project scope and expectations.
– Customer Satisfaction Surveys: Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in customer service or client management, preferably in the construction or related industry.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
– Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
– Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client accounts and inquiries effectively.
– Knowledge of construction project management processes and terminology is a plus.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred.
