Position: HR and Training Skills
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
– Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring alignment with company needs and culture.
– Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and introduction to company policies and procedures.
– Training Programs: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in construction industry practices.
– Performance Management: Administer performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement strategies.
– Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
– Conflict Resolution: Address employee grievances and conflicts promptly and fairly, promoting a positive work environment.
– Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
– Payroll Processing: Manage payroll operations accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
– Talent Development: Identify employee development needs and opportunities for career growth, supporting talent retention strategies.
– HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices and policies.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in HR management, preferably within the construction or related industry.
– Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, onboarding best practices, and training program development.
– Familiarity with performance management systems and employee relations practices.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service orientation.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
– HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
