Responsibilities:
– Construction Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications.
– Contract Administration: Administer contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
– Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses.
– Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust timelines as necessary.
– Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets industry standards and client expectations.
– Procurement: Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
– Logistics Management: Manage logistics for project materials, equipment, and personnel to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
– Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock levels to support project needs.
– Human Resources Management: Coordinate staffing requirements, manage team performance, and foster a positive work environment.
– Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports for management review.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in construction management or related field, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle and management principles.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
– Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
– Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
